ok so the first time i looked at this forum i was confused but i've managed to understand most of it
being a big member at a previous forum i've learnt a couple of things
1.at the top above the adverts you have 2 links. If i were you i'd make a nice picture rather than just the html linked
2.i spent quite a bit of time the first time looking for the "new post" button. that would also be good, just create a quick button in gimp or whatever so its really visible
3.(more to come when i update it)

Obviously not on enough forums. Allow me to explain.

1: The advertisement banners are required to run this forum for free. If you want them gone, you need to pay, and as this is a tiny forum, paying is not economically clever at all.

2: These buttons can't be edited one by one. To change the skin you need a total remake, which requires days, even weeks of work and coding. I know this, as I've administrated a simple machines forum for ages.
